Commercial Consent Form

I CONSENT to Espada Scaffolding (“Company”) processing my personal data as described in the privacy notice and sending commercial electronic messages and other communications to the contact addresses I provide now or later (phone, mobile, email, WhatsApp) for communication, information, marketing, product–service announcements, promotions and advertising, in accordance with applicable law, by continuing after checking the relevant box on the website or in electronic media. I understand I may stop communication at any time without giving a reason by using the opt-out (Reject) action indicated in SMS / email / WhatsApp messages (or in any system established by competent authorities).

Under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce; records of withdrawn consent are retained for 1 year from that date; the content of commercial electronic messages and related transmission records are retained for 3 years to be submitted to the relevant ministry when required. After these periods, the Company destroys the data.
